1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 4 PM (GMT- 6) will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Time & Method
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after processing
- Carriers: We ship using trusted U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for updates.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
- We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping details before placing an order. Crestiva is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost:
- Contact us within 10 business days from the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your package.
Please note: Crestiva is not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.
