Return Policy Overview
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping.
- Clearance or final-sale products.
Return Timeframe
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return
- Crestiva Shop reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria
Return Conditions
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

- We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference

If you'd like to order a different size, color, or item, we recommend:
